“This is my happy place.”
– LeeAnn

Year of Massage 2014 is a commitment to one or two massages every month for a year. It is for successful women devoted to improving their health and maintaining their sanity.

On the surface? It’s about stress-relief, relaxation, & 1 to 3 hours of massage every month.

But really? It’s about honoring your body, taking care of yourself, &filling up your reserves so you have more to give.

“Thank you for helping me relax. I never get to do that. It’s such a nice feeling.”
– Candi

It’s designed for women who work hard (as artists, entrepreneurs, mothers, &teachers), women who love to laugh, women who give so much to the people in their lives— women who struggle to find time to escape from their hectic schedules and have moments of peace just for themselves.

By the end of the year, you will understand how to:
: make space in your schedule to enjoy pure bliss
: pay attention to areas of tension in your body and stop knots before they start
: truly relax and find a space of inner peace

And best of all, you’ll have the experience of escape: no children, no loud noises, no expectations. Just quiet and calm.

Set aside 1 to 3 hours a month, leave everything behind, and get ready to feel your tensions and knots melt away.

“Massage makes me stop for a couple of hours and just relax. Life can be so busy and it’s wonderful to have a time for tension release. :)”
-Dawn

The Year of Massage is open for Early Bird registration now and officially launches January 1, 2014.
