How to do an Anti-Inflammatory Diet 

Don’t eat: 

Meat, dairy, gluten, fried stuff, sugar 
Eat as much of THESE as you want: 

root veggies, fruits, gourds, veggies, legumes, healthy fats
Specifically: 

Broccoli 

Blueberries 

Beets 

Fish 

Spinach 

Swiss chard 

Bok choy 

Tart cherry 

Bone broth 

Chia seeds 

Flax seeds 

Avocado 

Green tea 

Pumpkin seeds 

Pineapple 

Cinnamon 

Ginger 

Turmeric 

Tulsi tea
Get massages, do yoga, drink lots of water, take vitamin D
